CMP No. 20079 of 2026 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the awarded amount, which has been deposited by the Insurance Company. The application has been filed in a decided case, which has been decided by this Court on 18.3.2026. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the awarded amount, falling to the share of the applicants, as per the award passed by the learned Tribunal, is ordered to be released, in their favour, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-5 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
