When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main writ petition itself was dismissed as infructuous vide order dated 07.03.2026. He further submits that in view of the orders passed in the writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the instant contempt case which is filed against the interim orders dated 23.04.2009. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required in the present case and requested to close the instant contempt case. 3. Considering the submissions made that the writ petition itself is dismissed as infructuous and the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the instant contempt case, the contempt case is closed. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
