Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 1742/2026 Learned counsel after arguing for some time wants to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to file fresh application after recording the statement of the Investigating Officer as well as the Bank Manager, Sanjay Verma. The said request is found to be genuine and the learned Trial Court is directed to record the statements of the Investigating Officer and Sanjay Verma, Bank Manager on priority basis, preferably within a period of four months from the date of this order. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed. In S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous 2 nd Bail Application No. 2070/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application as the bail application for the accused has already been filed.
