The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 25.01.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.1201/2024 (KLR-RR/SUR). In terms, of the said order, the complainant was granted the liberty to file an application online. The accused was directed to consider the application as expeditiously as possible. 2. The complainant had filed the said petition seeking that a survey sketch be prepared and phodi and durast be conducted in respect of the land measuring 1 acre falling in Sy.No.26 of Hosahudya Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapur Taluk. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11597-DB CCC No. 856 of 2025 3. The learned counsel for the accused has handed over a memo indicating that an order has been passed for restoration of the Khata of land in the name of the Government. 4. In view of the above, phodi and durast cannot be conducted in respect of the said land. The complaint is accordingly closed. 5. However, we clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant from availing substantive remedies, if any, in respect of the said order, in accordance with law. 6.
