The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 corresponding to S. T. No. 335 of 2021. It has been alleged that 5 persons on 2 motor-cycles had snatched the bag of the petitioner containing 3,00,000/- and a mobile. The miscreants had also assaulted the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not named in the FIR and neither T.I.P. has been held nor there is any recovery of any incriminating article effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of the co- accused. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Giridih in connection with Deori P.S.
