When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. Haritha, learned counsel appearing for Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has been settled by the parties before the Lok Adalat on 16.03.2024 and in view of the same, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication, rendering the Criminal Petition infructuous. 3.
