Learned Additional Advocate General has submitted Annexure-CR/1 in proof thereof. 4. In view of above, learned Additional Advocate General submits that compliance of order passed by the Tribunal has been made in its letter and spirit. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed by the Tribunal in the year 2010 and payment has been made by the respondents in September, 2025. Thus, there is delay of 15 years in making compliance for which the petitioner is entitled for interest and other ancillary benefits. 6. This Court examined the order passed by the Tribunal, in which there are no specific directions for making payment of interest, therefore, it is not a case of deliberate and wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. 7. In view of above, no case for contempt is made out and, therefore, the contempt petition, is hereby, dismissed. 8. Notices stand discharged. 9. However, it is made clear that mere dismissal of contempt petition would not take away rights of the petitioner, if any, for claiming interest and other benefits as per law by way of filing appropriate litigation before the Competent Court of law.
