Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the petitioner as well as the private respondents are claiming right over the property on the basis of the Will referred to in the Writ Petition and that apart, the suit with regard to the same is pending consideration before the competent Civil Court in O.S.No.22/2017, parties are directed to maintain status-quo with regard to entries in the revenue records as per the order passed by this Court on 08.08.2017 till the conclusion of the proceedings in O.S.No.22/2017, before the competent Civil Court. 4.
