Consequently, direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by considering the Representation dt. 25.01.2026 and 03.03.2026 and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the PGRS complaint dt. 25.01.2026 and 03.03.2026, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent No.2 in disposing the PGRS complaint (grievance no.ELR-20250829543), dated 25.01.2026 and 03.03.2026, which was filed by the Petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioners are the owners of an agricultural land in an extent of Ac.6.00 Cents situated in Survey No.132, 196, 197/1 at Vadlapatla/Narendlagudem of Bhimadole Village and Mandal of Eluru District. While so, Respondent Nos.5 to 8 have converted their agricultural lands into fish ponds and are undertaking aquaculture/shrimp culture without any permissions. It was further submitted that, a complaint has been lodged before the concerned authorities by the Petitioners and no further action was taken thereon. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that 5 the representation given by the Petitioners would be considered and appropriate instructions will be issued by the Respondent-Authorities. 4. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to consider the PGRS complaint (grievance no.ELR-20250829543), dated 25.01.2026 and 03.03.2026 given by the Petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
