This petition seeks modification of the approval orders dated 07.07.2025 (Exhibit-G) by correcting the same and granting approval to the petitioner’s appointment as Assistant Teacher in regular pay scale. Reliance is placed on various decisions of this Court on this issue passed in Writ Petition No.10127/2026, 3856/2025 by this Court and in Writ Petition No.7706/2022 by the Division Bench at Nagpur. 2. For the reasons stated in the said orders, the writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’ which reads as follows : “B.
