The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a limited prayer to reschedule the payment of enhanced cash security. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount of enhanced cash security. However, the respondents be directed to accept the amount of enhanced cash security in 3 installments upto month June, 2026. 3. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and also perused the material made available on record. [2026:RJ-JP:8256] (2 of 3) [CW-3268/2026] 4. Earlier the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents-authorities on 07.08.2025 to accept the amount of enhanced cash security in 5 installments. 5. Considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondent-Jaipur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. vide its order dated 14.08.2025 directed the Assistant Engineer (O&M), Jaipur Discom, Bhiwadi to accept the amount of enhanced cash security from the petitioner in 3 installments. First one installment of Rs.9,80,000/- immediately on receipt of this letter, second installment of Rs.10,00,000/- upto 10.09.2025 and third installment of Rs.10,00,000/- upto 10.10.2025. 6. The Court put a query to counsel for the petitioner that in furtherance order dated 14.08.2025, the petitioner has deposited any amount of enhanced cash security, he answered that he is not having any instruction regarding this query. 7. On request of the petitioner, the respondent-corporation earlier vide its order dated 14.08.2025 has rescheduled the payment of enhanced cash security but the petitioner has failed to deposit the amount of enhanced cash security even as per the reschedule. 8. Once the petitioner has not been able to deposit the amount of enhanced cash security as per the reschedule on his own representation, the Court in such circumstances is not inclined to grant any relief. 9. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merit. [2026:RJ-JP:8256] (3 of 3) [CW-3268/2026] 10.
