PP CORAM: JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) : 07.05.2026 01. 1. This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nikirei P.S. Case No. 35 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 66 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned JMFC (CT), Kendrapara, for commission of offence punishable U/Ss. 109(1)/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/126(2)/296/303(2)/351(3)/ 3(5) of BNS, on the main allegation of attempting to the life of the injured Bijaya Kumar Mohanty by assaulting him with deadly weapons, along with co-accused persons. 2. Heard, Mr. Hemanta Kumar Mohanta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.R. Patra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 3. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioner in custody since 09.04.2026 with substantial progress in investigation and keeping in view grant of benefit of bail to petitioner Babaji Mallick and others in ABLAPL No. 2223 of p. 2 2026, but the petitioner- Babaji Mallick having been arrested before availing the order, this Court without expressing any view on merit, admits the petitioner to bail. 4. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands allowed and the petitioner is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty- five Thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 5. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e-mail for reference. (G.
