The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.33647 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Section 47(A) of Excise Act pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case alleging that 930 Kg of Jawa Mahuwa and 70 liters of illegal chullai wine has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He further submits that in the complaint itself it has been stated that the said mahuwa was destroyed on the spot itself. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that from the house of the petitioner allegations are there of recovery of said mahuwa liquor and chullai wine. 5. In the seizure list itself it has been disclosed that the said mahuwa was diminished from the spot itself and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Complaint Case No.33647 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
