The applicant who is in custody since 27.02.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhurwa (T) P.S. Case No.02 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)a/ 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that on pointing out from the three accused, one country made pistol with live cartridge has been recovered. Further, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this applicant. On above basis prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Dhurwa (T) P.S. Case No.02 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
