The Principal(s) of the concerned schools, where the petitioners are presently working is/are directed to fix the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:9862 ) (TGT) at the (60%) minimum of revised pay scale band + Grade pay (60%) alongwith such hike to which they are entitled to in terms of revised notification from 01.01.2016 to till their regularization subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the office order dated 01.04.2026, he does not want to press this contempt petition. 3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the matter is closed. Hence, the contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed.
