The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: “That this application is being filed to quash and set aside the order dated 04-02-2025 passed in Basgit Revision case no. 07/2024 by learned Collector, Supaul whereby and where under the Basgit Parcha issued in favour of petitioner vide Basgit Case no. 22/1995-96 for land appertaining to khata no. 148, plot no. 1066, area-7 Patna High Court CWJC No.8197 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 decimals situated at mauja- Simrahi, circle- Raghopur, District- Supaul had been cancelled.” 3. In view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner before Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, I am not inclined to interfere with the present writ petition. 4. The present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Tribunal to decide the issue within a period of six months. 5. Issue of limitation shall be consider by the Tribunal, in view of the fact that the petitioner has approached Hon’ble Patna High Court for redressal of his grievances. Bipin/- (Alok Kumar, J) U
