Contempt Petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against Respondents for wilful disobedience of Order dated 09.08.2024 passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C)555/2008, whereby penalty of dismissal was converted into compulsory retirement with all pensionary benefits and direction was given that all the arrears be released within three months, despite which it has not been done till date. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents appears on advance Notice, accepts Notice and submits that steps have already been taken up and Order shall be complied with within next 12 weeks. 3. Present Contempt Petition is for violation of Order dated 09.08.2024, which his beyond the period of one year, however, in view of submissions This is a digitally signed order.
