No.61/2025 registered at Police Station Sone Ka Gurja, District Dholpur, for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 333, 117(2), 109(1) & 110 B.N.S.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and have nothing to do with the alleged offences. Learned counsel submits
[2026:RJ-JP:5023] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-14596/2025] that parties are relatives to each other and the dispute pertains to drawing electricity from the Electricity Meter. Learned counsel further submits that the injuries sustained by the injured persons have been caused by blunt weapon and the same are only on the non-vital parts of the body. Although, some of the injuries are grievous in nature, however, the same have not been stated to be dangerous to life. Learned counsel further submits that as far as the criminal antecedents of the petitioners are concerned, the petitioner - Ram Babu has no criminal antecedents, whereas the petitioner - Hari Singh, having four criminal antecedents, has already been acquitted in two of the cases of year 2006-07.
Learned counsel also submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and the petitioners have already remained in judicial custody for a long time and therefore, prays that the petitioners may be given the benefit of regular bail under Section 483 B.N.S.S.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the submissions made by
learned counsel for the petitioners hereinabove.
4. Taking into consideration the overall facts & circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners, the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and none of the injuries sustained by the injured persons is dangerous to life as well as the trial is likely to take considerable time in its conclusion, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.
[2026:RJ-JP:5023] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-14596/2025]
5. Therefore, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and the accused-petitioners, namely Hari Singh S/o Mohar Singh & Rambabu S/o Shyama @ Shyamlal, is ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when they are called upon to do so.
