However, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the observation mahazer has been properly prepared. 3.Heard both sides and perused the material records. 4.In case, if the grievance of the petitioner that the observation mahazer has not been properly prepared and he insisted upon for any further investigation by the investigating agency, it is open to him to approach the concerned Court for seeking further investigation.
