At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar to that of W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases, wherein a One-Man Fact-Finding Commission has been constituted and the petitioners want to approach the said Commission ventilating their grievance. 3.
