---- 03/08.07.2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S. Case No. 608 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 126(2)/223(a)/224/121(1)/132/351(2)/352/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., IV, Ranchi.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be a lady. It is further submitted that pursuant to the
order of the High Court, the demolition work was going on in RIMS area which was protested by the petitioner as houses of two senior citizens were being demolished. He submits that although allegations are there for altercation with the police and even of torning their uniform and that has occurred at the spur of the moment. of prosecution.
5. There is no doubt that Anti-Encroachment Drive was going on pursuant to the order of the High Court. Further it also transpires that many persons have constructed their houses and they have been allowed to construct the same by none other than the district administration and if a house is being demolished even pursuant to the order of the High Court, at the spur of the moment such agitation cannot be ruled out. It has been pointed out that the petitioner was agitating for not demolishing two houses of the senior citizens in that area. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.,IV, Ranchi, in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S.
