Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 3929 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026. 2. The learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 11.08.2026, which reads as follow:- “Whereas, the judgment passed in CWP No. 8148/2022 titled as Yashwant Kumar & Ors. V/s State of H.P. has been assailed by Health Department way of filing LPA. Further, CWP No. 2056/2023 titled as Ghanshyam Dass was implemented vide this Directorate office order dated 18.06.2025 as per approval of Govt. letter dated 17.06.2025 subject to final outcome of LPA. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- In view of the Hon'ble High Court orders and as per approval conveyed by the Govt. vide their letter dated 01.10.2025 and 14.11.2025, the petitioner is allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Govt. notification dated 12.01.2022 subject to final outcome of LPA. The Principal of concerned school where the petitioner is presently working is hereby directed to fix the pay of the petitioner for the period they served on contract basis (on TGTs) at the (60%) minimum of revised pay scale band + Grade pay (60%) alongwith such hike to which they are entitled to in terms of revised notification from 01.01.2016 to till their regularization subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. However, an undertaking to this effect may be obtained from the petitioner that the overpayment if any, found, in later stage shall be recovered from them accordingly. The entry be also made in the service book of individual concerned. May inform the parties accordingly.” 3. Since the judgment passed by this Court stands fully complied with, nothing remains for adjudication in the instant petition and the same is closed.
