The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026, registered under sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 332, 333, 126 (2), 115 (2), 117(2), 118(1), 109 (1), 303(2), 351 (2), 352 of BNS, pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. He next submits that F.I.R is against 18 named persons and so far these petitioners are concerned, they have not assaulted the informant and allegation of assault are there against Sujit, Sunil and Guddu. He submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault and snatching the amount are there. 5. On perusal of F.I.R it transpires that allegations of assault and snatching of money are there against Sunil, Sujit and Guddu and so far these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation and it ( 2026:JHHC:20055 has been pointed out that due to previous enmity altercation took place. Further the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Palamau, in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.08.07.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
