Instruction forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Jhargram signed on 11th December, 2025 filed in Court today be retained with the records. 3. The petitioner’s application seeking transfer filed offline in the prescribed format was considered and approved by the Headmaster and the Secretary of the school on 26th November, 2025 but the despite signing the no objection and the declaration of the school, the same was not forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools for consideration. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the head of the institution to forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. The District Inspector of Schools shall take consequential necessary steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school. 6. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 7. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 8. The respondent authority shall act on the basis of the hard copy of the documents forwarded offline by the petitioner despite suspension of the Utshasree portal. 9. The writ petition stands disposed of. 10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
