The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 318(4) and 336(3) of the B.N.S.. 3. As per prosecution case, on secret information, a search was made and during the same, stolen motorcycles with fake registration numbers were found from the house of this petitioner. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, fact that stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of this petitioner and criminal antecedents, the prayer for grant Patna High Court CR.
