Case No. 71 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted informant by means of iron rod and danda. Doctor has found the injuries to be grievous. 4.
