ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 2 18-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 15.01.2026, passed in ICDS Case no. 13/2023 passed by learned Divisional Commissioner Patna by which learned Revisional Court dismissed the case and confirmed the order dated 15.12.2022 passed in Case no. 09/2021 passed by Patna High Court CWJC No.7988 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 2/3 learned District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Buxar who also dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner for challenging the selection of respondent no.6 who was illegally selected for the post of Anganbari Sevika for the Centre no. 185 situated in Ward No. 11 of village Panchayat Barka Gaon under Itarhi Block District Buxar. ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to select the petitioner for the post of Angan Bari Sevika for the Centre 185 situated in Ward No. 11 of concern Panchayat. iii. To grant any other relief / reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the manipulation was done at the time of preparation of the mapping register itself, and this point has been raised by the petitioner since the very inception, however, the authorities concerned have not interfered with the same. It is due to this reason such order has been passed. He further submits that the said order is bad in law for the reasons mentioned above. 4. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that there is a separate forum available if the grievance Patna High Court CWJC No.7988 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 3/3 of the petitioner is based on the alleged manipulation in the mapping register. 5. This Court, after hearing the parties, directs the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum with regard to the defects in the mapping register. After redressal of the grievances relating to the mapping register, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same afresh, if so advised. 6.
