Heard the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is wrong entry made in the land records in respect of the land, plot and khata of the petitioner. 3. He further submits that he made several representations before the Circle Officer, Egarkund, Chirkunda, but no action has been taken. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before respondent No.4- the Circle Officer, Egarkund, Chirkunda, who will consider the representation and will pass an appropriate and thereafter, will take an appropriate action. It is made clear that he cannot enter into the question of title of the land in question. 5. The entire process should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
