P.P. 02/ 08.07.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026, registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(1), 3(5) of BNS and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case being the neighbour of the informant and even allegation of firing is there against another accused persons. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of firing is there against petitioner at the house of Arun Kumar Rout. 5. On perusal of F.I.R, it transpires that allegation of firing is there against the petitioner and further the petitioner and two other accused persons used to threaten the people of the locality taking arms in their hand. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
