Petitioner has prayed for directions to the respondents to take appropriate action on his complaints/representations, which, according to him, are not being considered by the respondents. 2. The case file reflects that certain complaints/representations have been submitted by the petitioner, i.e., Annexure P-1 dated 21.06.2025, Annexure P-2 dated 22.11.2025 and Annexure P-3 dated 24.11.2025, to the respondents alleging illegalities/irregularities in the execution of development works. Annexure P-4 dated 02.01.2026 is an office communication from the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Director General of Police, State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Himachal Pradesh, addressed to respondent No.5, directing him to conduct an inquiry into the aforesaid allegations and submit a report. At page-58 of the paper book is a communication dated 06.01.2026 from the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, addressed to the Block Development Officer, Dharampur, District Solan, H.P., directing him to take action on the complaints/representations of the petitioner. Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner that his complaints/representations have not been responded to by the respondents, there shall be direction to respondent No.3/competent authority to take an appropriate decision on the aforesaid complaints/representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law. This exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the parties.
