This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 3- IIC, Dhauli Police Station to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2026 and investigate and inquire into the matter properly. 2. Perusal of the CRLMP reveals that there is neither any endorsement on Annexure-1 nor any 2 on Annexue-2. However, there appears to be an endorsement dated 07.03.2026 on Annexure-2 which is addressed to the DCP, Bhubaneswar along with the photographs, where it has been written as follows; “IIC Dhauli PS to register case and report compliance”. 3. In view of this endorsement which is stated to be of the DCP, it is expected that follow up action will be taken by the IIC, Dhauli Police Station, if any cognizable offence is made out. 4. If it is found that the endorsement is not genuine, action as p. 2 deemed fit under law shall be taken by the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 against the petitioner.
