The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pakur Malpahari P.S. Case No.177 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.701 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 132, 263(b), 262, 352, 351(3), 292 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made of assembling along with others and 2026:JHHC:3453 --2-- A.B.A. No. 718 of 2026 trying to take away one Tinku Shekh from the police. He further submits that the said Tinku Sheikh has already been arrested by the police. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the case has been registered against 13 named persons and 20 to 30 unknown persons. He next submits that in identical situation five co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.112 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of altercating with the police. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of trying to take away the said Tinku Sheikh and the said allegation is there against 13 named accused persons and 20 to 30 unknown persons and in identical situation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABA, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned 2026:JHHC:3453 --3-- A.B.A. No. 718 of 2026 S.D.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur Malpahari P.S.
