The grievance of the petitioners in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondents in proposing to change the nature of the water tank over an extent of Ac.3.12 cents in R.S.No.200/1 and Ac.0.93 cents in R.S.No.900/1 situated in Deyyalathippa Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, for assigning the same to the beneficiaries identified under the scheme ‘Navaratnalu Pedallandariki Illu’. 3 3. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that the proposal to assign house sites in respect of the land located in R.S.No.900/1-1 and R.S.No.200/1-8 of Deyyalatippa H/o. the Losarigutlapadu village of Bhimavaram Mandal has been dropped, and an alternative land was identified in R.S.No.200-1/2 etc., Ac.2.07 cents of Deyyalatippa, H/o. the Losarigutlapadu Village of Bhimavaram Mandal, vide proceedings of the Sub- Collector, Narsapuram in Roc.No.824/2020J, dated 02.07.2020 for issuing of house site pattas to the identified beneficiaries. 4. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioners is resolved and no further orders are required to be passed. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
