Feeling aggrieved by termination order dated 10.09.2025 issued by the M/s Choice Finserv Private Limited, the petitioner has invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy the Court with regard to the question, as to whether the respondent- M/s Choice Finserv Private Limited comes within the purview of 'State' as defined under Article 12 of the Constitution of India or not? Apparently, a private limited company, not carrying out any sovereign provision would not fall within the ambit of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum of law. 4.
