The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026, registered under sections 115(2), 126(2), 326(f), 324(5), 324(6), 351(2), 61(2), 308(2), 308(3) read with section 3(5) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Bermo at Tenughat, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already complied notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and that has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit. 4. In view of above submission, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to appear before the learned court on the strength of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme ( 2026:JHHC:20040 ) Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
