The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Shaik Miravali, the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the order in appeal passed by the 3rd respondent dated 13.01.2026 by allowing the said appeal and setting aside the endorsement issued by the 4th respondent dated 05.05.2025 and the consequential mutation entries made in favour of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein insofar as excluding the appellant’s share therein in Sy.No.133/2 and further directing the 4th respondent to conduct fresh enquiry strictly in accordance with Section 5(1)(2)(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 read with Rule 21 of the Rules after issuing due notices to all the concerned parties and effect the mutation of the appellant name therein to the extent for the subject land if there is no dispute. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the Appellate Authority only directed the original authority to conduct fresh enquiry as stated above. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the same, liberty is given to file revision before the Joint
