S/L 30 14.05.2026 Court No.18 SD IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA SPECIAL CIVIL JURISDICTION CPAN 1329 of 2024 In WPA 28380 of 2023 Palash Mondal Vs. Asha Mondal Mr. Sounak Mondal … for the Petitioner. Ms. Madhurima Basu Mr. Debabrata Halder … for the Alleged Contemnor. 1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that a reasoned order has been passed by the alleged contemnor. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 2. The Court is of the opinion that by passing a reasoned order, a fresh cause of action has arisen. The legality and validity of the reasoned order has to be decided in a fresh proceeding and not in the contempt application. 3. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of. 4. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 5. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
