As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and instead the proper application be filed afresh on the self-same grounds. 2. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. 3. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application for anticipatory bail on the self- same grounds. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
