The present Writ Petition assails the order dated 7th November, 2024, passed in Misc. Civil Appeal No.1 of 2024 by the District Judge-1, Bhusawal allowing the Misc. Civil Appeal No.1 of 2024 setting aside vide order dated 23rd November, 2023 and allowing the application below Exhibit-5 in RCS No.92 of 2023. The learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties submit that, considering that the trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined, the subject matter of challenge in the present Writ Petition has become inconsequential. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.
