The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, registered under sections 376(1)/498A/323/504/506/120B of I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.4519 of 2025 and by order dated 18.08.2025 the said anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move before the learned court. He next submits that again the petitioner moved before this Court in A.B.A. No. 6103 of 2025 which was also dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 16.10.2025 with liberty to move before the learned court and now on the fresh ground third anticipatory bail has been filed and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground and earlier twice anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail but the petitioner has not moved before the learned court by filing regular bail. 5. It appears that twice anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move before the ( 2026:JHHC:20227 ) learned court by way of filing regular bail and this is third anticipatory bail application.
