2 Notice. Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.
2. By way of these petitions, the petitioners have approached this Court for the execution of the judgment passed in their case, in terms whereof, order was passed by the Court to decide the representation.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were relying upon the judgment of this Court in Yashwant Singh’s case, which stand assailed by the State by way of LPA No. 205 of 2025, titled State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Vs. Chunni Lal a/w connected matters, operation of the said judgment stands stayed.
4. In light of this development, these petitions are closed with the observation that after the adjudication of the Letters Patent Appeal by the Hon’ble Division Bench, appropriate call on the representation of the petitioners shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
