The Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue an order or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 3 not to entertain the false complaints filed by the Respondent No. 4 seeking for compelling the Petitioners for settlement and not to harass the Petitioners (Annexure-A) dated 23.05.2026 b. Issue an order or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to issue necessary directions to Respondent No.3 not to entertain frivolous complaints filed by Respondents No. 4 seeking for compelling the Petitioners for settlement and not to harass the Petitioners (Annexure-A). dated 23.05.8096- c. To grant such other reliefs to the Petitioner including costs of this petition, in the interest of justice. 3. The contention of the Petitioners is that Respondent No.4 having fabricated documents has been filing false complaints with Respondent No.3 against the Petitioners and Respondent No.3 has been calling upon the Petitioners and its officers to attend to the office of Respondent No.3 causing them inconvenience and when they visit the office of Respondent No.3, Respondent No.3 is insisting upon the Petitioners to make payment of money to Respondent No.4. His submission therefore is that the complaint being false ought not to be entertained - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26066 WP No. 16222 of 2026 by Respondent No.3, apart from being false they could be termed to be civil disputes. 4. An omnibus order as sought for by the Petitioners not to entertain any complaint filed by Respondent No.4 cannot be granted. Whether a complaint is false or not can only be determined after investigation and as such, it cannot be stated at present as to whether the complaint filed by Respondent No.4 is false or not? If any such complaint is filed, it is for Respondent No.3 to investigate the same in accordance with law. 5. Needless to say the Petitioners would also be entitled to avail of such other remedies as are available under law to challenge the allegedly false proceedings initiated by Respondent No.4. 6.
