This Court vide order dated 25.02.2026 has directed the revision petitioner to deposit 40% of the fine amount inclusive of the amount already deposited within a period of six weeks. The said application is not filed within time. Even today, also the revision petitioner has not made any efforts to make the payment and also not brought any demand draft to deposit the amount. 3. Learned counsel submits that there is a possibility of exploring settlement and as such, he has not made the payment. 4. Once if the conditional order is passed by this Court and the revision petitioner has not complied with the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26566 CRL.RP No. 235 of 2026 same and even today also, he is not ready to make the payment and even not brought any demand draft. Hence, the reasons assigned in the application is rejected and consequently, revision petition is dismissed as there is no compliance and question of considering the revision does not arise and the revision is also not admitted.
