CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT MAHAJAN O R D E R %
24.09.2026
1. Vide order dated 22.09.2026, notice was issued by this Court and it was noted as under: -
“1. By the present petition the petitioner challenges the impugned direction dated 08.09.2026, by Respondent No. 1 and 2 in respect of premises B-l/3, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi- 110020.
2. It is submitted that despite the petitioner not carrying any construction, the impugned order has been passed by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (‘DPCC’) on 08.09.2026, thereby directing the petitioner to not only stop all the construction activities, but also directing the power distribution company to disconnect the electricity supply. Learned counsel submits that the impugned order seems to have been passed on a misunderstanding and without any application of mind, since the construction at the petitioner’s premises was completed way back in the year 2024, for which completion certificate was also issued.”

impugned directions, dated 08.09.2026, have been withdrawn and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
3. He, however, submits that the directions were issued in consequence of non-compliance on the part of the petitioner on DPCC Dust Portal 2.0. He submits that there are certain requirements applicable to each project / site such as entering into the DPCC Dust Portal. He submits that each project has to make a specific entry in regard to the fact that the project has since been closed having reached completion. He submits that petitioner be advised to make relevant entry in the Portal in order to avoid any problem in the future.
4. Be that as it may, since the grievance has already been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
6. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
