As the DDA is a notified entity for the purposes of the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal [“Tribunal”], Mr. Sparsh Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal. 3.
