The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to consider the dated 19.02.2026 in petitioner's representations accordance with law within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of order as per Annexure-A& B; B. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the ends of Justice. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite the Petitioner having completed the works in terms of the Work Order dated 04.03.2017, the bills which have been raised in regard thereto have not been made payment of and the representations submitted - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26064 WP No. 8231 of 2026 by the Petitioner on 19.02.2026 have not been considered. 3. Whenever any bills are submitted to an authority, like the BWSSB, it is for the said authority to consider the same as per the Work Order, ascertain the works completed and make payments of the amounts due within the time stipulated in the contract. The same not having been done, mandamus is issued respondents to consider the representation dated 19.02.2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass necessary orders thereon.
