As per the order passed by this Court on 31.04.2026 on a plea advanced by the applicant and submitted before this Court that there is a cervical injury and iron rod has been inserted in the collar bone of the applicant, which needs medical attention on the basis of which the first short term bail was sought for. 4. A report had been called from the jail authorities. 5. In this regard report from the Medical Officer, Sub Jail, Haldwani has been submitted, which says that “The patient complained was pain left clavicle bone patient history of post operated left clavicle for six months back. For which the patient sent to Dr. Sushila Tiwari Government Hospital, Haldwani for orthopaedic department on date 20.02.2026 where patient X- Ray of left clavicle bone and test was done.” Further it is also reported in the concluding lines of the said report that “At present the patient condition is stable and is on medication as prescribed by the specialist from Dr. Sushila Tiwari Government Hospital, Haldwani.” 6. Considering the same at this juncture grounds are not found sufficient for first short term bail at present.
