Aggrieved against the order of suspension dated 10.04.2026 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Basti/respondent no.3 by which petitioner was transferred from one revenue village to another revenue village in the same district is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that against the aforesaid transfer order petitioner has already submitted a representation before the District Magistrate, Basti as well as respondent no.3 on 13.04.2026, copy of the postal receipt is appended at page no.18 of the paper book. Since no decision has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, submits that in case petitioner joins the transferred post within a week, his representation will be considered and decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks thereafter.
