At this stage, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the respondent/non-applicant, under instructions, that the non-applicant has no objection, in case, the application is allowed. In view of above, delay in filing the accompanying appeal, is ordered to be condoned. The application is, thus, disposed of. Arb. Appeal No.________ Be registered. Admit. OMPST No. 3954 of 2026 The appeal, preferred by the appellant/applicant will take sufficient long time, for its disposal. As such, during pendency of the appeal, execution of judgment, dated 1.10.2024, passed by the learned District Judge in Arbitration Case No. 117 of 2023, titled as, ‘National Highway Authority of India versus Soma Devi’, whereby the impugned award dated 15.2.2023, passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, exercising the power of Arbitrator, under National Highways Act, 1956, in Award No. 256 of 2021, has been upheld, is ordered to be stayed, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, within a period of eight weeks from today.
