Learned advocate for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s proposal is already forwarded in the month of February to respondent No.2 – Education Officer. Learned advocate for the petitioner submit that the said proposal is returned on 24.04.2026. 2. Learned advocate for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the deficiencies were pointed out on 02.04.2026. By removing the deficiencies the proposals is resubmitted on 24.04.2026. 3. Learned advocate for the petitioner further points out that the petitioner has also prayed for payment of unpaid salary for a certain 2026:BHC-AUG:47344-DB 2 130.WP.3293.26.odt period. Learned advocate for the Management submits that the salary of the broken period of the petitioner is pending and as soon as the tab for broken period is opened the Management shall submit the salary bill of the petitioner. After the proposal is submitted, respondent No.2 shall decide the same, on its own merits, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
